2 Ways to Make Paper Roses

My crazy life hasn’t allowed me to do much crafting lately, but I’ve been admiring others’ work and saving ideas when I get a few moments of “down time” on the computer. I’m a huge fan of Annabel at The Bluebirds are Nesting and Mimi at A Tray of Bliss. I live half way around the world from these two ladies and our seasons are opposite each other, but I love their spunk and attitudes and creativity.

Each of these ladies has a lovely paper rose tutorial on her blog and they are absolutely worth sharing! Since we’re having summer here in the USA, I think these roses would be beautiful decorations for bridal or baby showers. A creative bride could do paper roses for her entire wedding party or to decorate at her reception. Wouldn’t that be stunning? Little girls would probably love a flower crown of paper roses for dressing up. So many fun & pretty possibilities!
