I just had to share this Overnight French Toast Casserole recipe I found over at Mommy’s Kitchen. It went together easily last night and all I had to do this morning was pull it out, cover it with fresh foil, and bake it. It was actually pretty frugal; the most expensive ingredients were the butter and the eggs. (I skipped the nuts.) My family loved it so much that it was gone before I got any pictures!
